The founder established a seasonal rental business in Sardinia, operating for approximately 15 years. The business involved purchasing seasonal rental allocations in advance from property owners and renting them to an international clientele.
The operation was managed remotely through a website called Sardegna Loc, with the founder travelling to Sardinia during the high season and working with a dedicated local team.
Professional Real Estate Licence & Foundation of Immononne
The founder obtained an Italian professional real estate licence in Imperia in 2009 and established Immononne as a traditional and international property transaction agency.
Collaboration with Agency in Nice & Cross-Border Development
She has also collaborated for approximately 15 years with an agency in Nice, participating in the sale of subdivided units in existing buildings, monitoring renovation work and handling commercialisation across the French Riviera and Liguria.
